My approach blends business-focused development with a deep understanding of the psychology of learning and behavior. I believe that an organization’s success is rooted in the expertise of its people—and in how that expertise can be leveraged as a strategic resource. When designing human-centered processes, operating models are most effective when they consider the individuals involved alongside the functions they perform.
In my projects, I specialize in making human factors visible within business management and using them to advance organizational goals.
As an expert in learning sciences and human behavior, I bring a deep understanding of behavioral science to every project—from selecting approaches and methods to implementing processes that support both learning and change—ensuring that the actions identified are effectively integrated into everyday practice.

Inkeri Lönnrot
I help organizations create effective structures and foster a learning culture that supports learning both at work and alongside work. With over 12 years of experience in organizational development, and a background as a teacher as well as in roles such as team lead, Subject Matter Expert and project manager, I bring a strong practical perspective to my work.
My expertise focuses on knowledge management tools, including continuous reflection, communities of practice, and agile team learning. I understand how to support learning and knowledge sharing in global multi-location expert organizations and how to leverage the collective knowledge and expertise of the entire work community. Additionally, I have extensive experience in designing and implementing online and blended learning paths.
